Who it's for
Built for the person whose name is on the estimate
PaxExact covers residential and commercial property-loss claims. It's built first for public adjusters — the estimators and contractors they work with are a close second.
Public adjusters
The primary audience today. PaxExact is built around the workflow a public adjuster already owns: document the loss, build the scope, get it priced, defend it to the carrier. Every design decision — the approval gate, the evidence linking, the case-file goal — is made for that job specifically.
Estimators
Anyone who turns documented damage into a priced scope, inside or alongside a public adjusting practice. PaxExact's evidence-linked line items are built so an estimator's numbers stay traceable to what was actually observed.
Contractors and building trades
A future audience, not a current one. The estimating and evidence model is built in a way that could eventually serve contractors scoping repair work directly — but that isn't a shipped or committed capability today, and this site won't claim otherwise.
Claim types
Residential and commercial
The estimating and evidence model is built to cover both — a commercial loss just carries more line items and more reviewers, not a different underlying structure.
